When will the Gift Card purchase system be discontinued?

Gifted will stop supprtingthe creation of new gift cards on July 31st, 2026.

Can customers still purchase new gift cards after that date?

No. After July 31, 2026, new gift cards can no longer be purchased through your Gift Card page. We recommend replacing that page with a gift card replacement offer.

Can previously purchased gift cards still be redeemed?

Yes. All existing gift cards remain fully redeemable through the Gifted Supplier Portal, which you can access anytime via the Gifted Supplier Login.

How do I find information about my active (unredeemed) gift cards?

In the Gifted Supplier Portal, you can download a report of all your gift cards and filter it by creation date, status, and other details.

What do the different gift card statuses mean?

• Produced — Created but not yet redeemed, even partially.

• Redeemed — Fully redeemed; the transaction is complete.

• Partially Redeemed — Some balance has been used, with funds still remaining. The remaining balance appears on the gift card page.

• Canceled — The gift card has been canceled. Only the Gifted Support team can cancel a gift card; for questions about a specific one, contact support@gifted.co.
